1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Talenira, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Talenira is a nutrition tracking application that provides food logging, macro tracking, AI-powered nutritional insights, and health monitoring tools. The service is available in free and premium tiers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Talenira.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides core nutrition tracking features with daily usage limits on certain AI-powered features.

4.2 Premium Plans

Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited AI features, lab analysis, and advanced insights. Pricing and billing cycles are displayed at the time of purchase.

4.3 Founder Plans

Founder pricing is a limited-time introductory offer available during the initial launch period (first 3 months). After the Founder period ends, subscribers can continue on a regular Premium plan or cancel.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is preserved and accessible if you resubscribe.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of data you submit (food logs, photos, lab results).
  • By submitting custom foods, you grant Talenira a license to include them in the shared food database for other users.
  • You agree not to submit false, misleading, or harmful content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without permission.
  • Reverse-engineer any aspect of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Talenira name, logo, design, and software are owned by Talenira and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

8. Disclaimers

Talenira is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional data, AI recommendations, or health insights. See our Medical Disclaimer and AI Disclaimer for more details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talenira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but we will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data.
